Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assess clients’ vocational interests and barriers to employment.
- Develop individualized employment plans aligned with career goals.
- Conduct workshops on workplace expectations and professional behavior.
- Establish relationships with employers to create job opportunities.
- Coordinate job placement efforts with external agencies and programs.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor progress and provide support.
- Collaborate with behavioral health staff for integrated care planning.
- Prepare reports on client progress and program outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in vocational counseling or workforce development.
- Preferred certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
- Proficiency in career assessment tools and job coaching strategies.
- Strong communication and case management skills.
- Experience with behavioral health challenges and vocational rehabilitation.
- Ability to engage with community partners and navigate employment barriers.
- Fluency in Spanish, Bengali, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
