Overview

- Oversee vendor negotiations, plan renewals, and benefit program evaluations to optimize service delivery and cost management.
- Provide hands-on support for benefit program operations, addressing employee and manager needs effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to employee benefits.
- Serve as a key advisor to the leadership team on benefit strategy and policy development.
- Support organizational goals through innovative benefit solutions and strategic collaboration with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall Total Rewards strategy by integrating benefit programs with compensation and recognition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, implement, and administer employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and leave policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service delivery to ensure optimal program performance.
- Lead annual benefit renewals, ensuring competitive and compliant plan designs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of benefit programs, providing support to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align benefit programs with organizational objectives and employee needs.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through effective benefit offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits administration, with 15 years preferred.
- Deep knowledge of vendor negotiations, 401(k) administration, and health and welfare plan management.
- Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow systems for benefits management.
- Strong collaboration skills and a flexible mindset to adapt to organizational changes.
- Proven ability to manage benefit renewals and ensure compliance with legal standards.
