Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain CRM systems by capturing client updates and meeting records.
- Design and execute mass communications to clients and prospects.
- Provide high-quality support to existing clients and prospects for inbound inquiries.
- Assist in updating investor presentations and third-party databases with performance information.
- Develop a working knowledge of the firm's investment strategies and platform.
- Contribute to the production of content for the firm's website and LinkedIn.
- Maintain team deliverables status reports and support ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services or asset management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Demonstrated interest in private equity and investor relations.
