Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform maintenance and electromechanical repairs on ATMs, POS systems, and related equipment.
- Conduct installations, including setup, testing, and mounting of devices, ensuring proper functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues such as paper, card, and bill jams efficiently.
- Inspect products for operational accuracy, escalating unresolved issues per procedures.
- Prioritize and plan service calls to optimize response times and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage service parts inventory effectively.
- Communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times and service updates.
- Follow established protocols for key, alarm, and combination control processes.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required for this entry-level position.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 3 years preferred in a technical field.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record within company standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in close quarters around equipment.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer communication devices.
- Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather.
- Capability to pass background and drug testing requirements.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations.
