Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute investor relations strategies to support fundraising goals.
  • Prepare and present investor-facing materials and reports.
  • Coordinate investor outreach and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new fund initiatives and strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to inform capital raising efforts.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and records.
  • Support due diligence processes for prospective investors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations or capital markets.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience in real estate private capital.
  • Proficiency in developing investor-facing materials and presentations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site for direct collaboration with leadership.
  • Experience in supporting capital raising initiatives and fund strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in investor communications.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with investors.
