  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of business development strategies and patient care standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and execute strategies for service growth in targeted markets, enhancing organizational presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of healthcare experience with progressive leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in business development within a healthcare context, driving growth and innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to build partnerships and resolve challenges.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure operational excellence.
