Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments, including System Center Configuration Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with network protocols, security utilities, and IT project management.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or MCSE are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
