Job Description

Overview

  • Lead IT operations to ensure seamless technology support and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering growth and maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative IT solutions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for IT projects, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT security and data integrity.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during critical IT incidents and events.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans.
  • Supervise IT staff, ensuring effective task delegation and professional development.
  • Implement and maintain advanced Microsoft-based environments and virtual infrastructures.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify and resolve network and system issues.
  • Recommend technology upgrades to enhance operational efficiency and security.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and standards for IT systems and data.
  • Support help desk operations, addressing complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments, including System Center Configuration Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with network protocols, security utilities, and IT project management.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or MCSE are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage IT projects in a dynamic environment.
