Overview

  • Support a prestigious Family Office team by managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks for high-net-worth clients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and resolving vendor discrepancies efficiently.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for client accounts, providing detailed and accurate financial reports.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, delivering exceptional service and maintaining professional communication.
  • Assist with year-end reporting tasks, including preparation of 1099 forms and contribution letters.
  • Monitor account statuses, ensuring payments are current and documentation is meticulously maintained.
  • Handle special projects as assigned, contributing to the success of the Family Office team.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards while managing sensitive client information securely.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes and achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial roles; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity are vital.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
