Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of accounting experience, with substantial expertise in property accounting.
- Proficiency in GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and ledger reconciliation.
- Experience with partnership accounting, fee calculations, and external administration oversight.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven ability to implement accounting systems and drive process improvements.
