Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects across various industries.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and self-perform construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools for planning and tracking projects.
