Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, mitigating risks effectively.
  • Optimize billing and collections processes to maintain strong cash flow and financial health.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of financial leadership experience, ideally within professional services environments.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to law firm operations.
  • Strong understanding of law firm economics, billing practices, and partner compensation models.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor finance teams to achieve organizational objectives.
