Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

  • Support monthly billing cycles, including pre-bill reviews, adjustments, and expense reconciliations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting and practice management software is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
