Overview

  • Contribute to a dynamic financial services firm, specializing in fund administration and investor services operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless investor servicing and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in compliance documentation, onboarding processes, and data management to enhance service delivery standards.
  • Utilize advanced CRM systems and proprietary tools for accurate data reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive investor information and communications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure accurate integration of capital activity transaction files into internal systems on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and fund administrators regarding investor workflows and reporting.
  • Respond to investor, advisor, and consultant inquiries with professionalism and precision.
  • Assist in investor onboarding processes and compliance documentation reviews, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Support platform partner onboarding and complete firm-level and fund-level questionnaires.
  • Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data and communications.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration or investor relations within the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage operational workflows and maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset with organizational skills and a solutions-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with fund-level questionnaires and regulatory compliance processes is advantageous.
