Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure accurate integration of capital activity transaction files into internal systems on a daily and monthly basis.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and fund administrators regarding investor workflows and reporting.
- Respond to investor, advisor, and consultant inquiries with professionalism and precision.
- Assist in investor onboarding processes and compliance documentation reviews, ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Support platform partner onboarding and complete firm-level and fund-level questionnaires.
- Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fund administration or investor relations within the financial sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage complex data effectively.
