Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform radiologic imaging procedures adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning for optimal imaging results.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
  • Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards consistently.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtainable upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiologic imaging; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and ensuring patient safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
