Overview

  • Coordinate outpatient imaging services to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • Perform radiologic imaging procedures adhering to safety standards and delivering high-quality diagnostic results.
  • Support patient scheduling, registration, and communication to enhance clinic experiences and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to elevate imaging and clinic coordination standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct radiologic imaging procedures ensuring patient comfort and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Coordinate daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling and staff assignments.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
  • Provide administrative support for clinic operations, including documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in imaging practices.
  • Assist in training and mentoring clinic staff to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Participate in patient education efforts, explaining imaging procedures and clinic services effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credentials.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiologic imaging; 2 years preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtainable upon hire.
  • Proficiency in EPIC or similar healthcare management systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred for enhanced patient communication.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage clinic operations effectively.
