Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro and Mac OS Sonoma operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft M365 Suite, Teams, and cybersecurity tools.
- Knowledge of device management tools such as Autopilot, Intune, and JAMF.
- Familiarity with IT documentation tools like IT Glue.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
