  • Manage and maintain Mac and PC systems using advanced tools and technologies.

  • Provide specialized IT support to VIP clients, addressing unique requirements promptly.
  • Ensure device security and automation using tools like Autopilot, Intune, and JAMF.
  • Maintain detailed documentation to support IT operations and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues across Mac and PC environments, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Implement and manage device security protocols using tools like Autopilot, Intune, and JAMF.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts to enhance IT efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT infrastructure and security measures.
  • Provide tailored IT support to VIP clients, ensuring their specific requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using tools like IT Glue.
  • Conduct research and testing to stay ahead of technological advancements and trends.
  • Assist in training users on IT tools and best practices for optimal utilization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro and Mac OS Sonoma operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft M365 Suite, Teams, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Knowledge of device management tools such as Autopilot, Intune, and JAMF.
  • Familiarity with IT documentation tools like IT Glue.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
