Overview

  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making within a leading financial services firm.
  • Develop and analyze financial models, forecasts, and KPIs to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data trends and KPIs to inform forecasts and planning.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement process controls ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance financial systems and processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide projections and analysis for monthly forecasts and annual plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in FP&A roles.
  • Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and Alteryx is highly desirable.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Sound judgment and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
