Overview

  • Support diverse construction projects for industrial facilities, ensuring quality and timely delivery while optimizing processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to streamline operations and achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules, budgets, and project efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during on-site activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive project success and satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to decision-making processes for project optimization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to managers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up and tenant improvement construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
