Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to design and implement effective treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and refine intervention strategies.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
