Overview

  • Provide expert behavioral analysis services to children, fostering their developmental progress through personalized intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans addressing unique needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct detailed functional behavior assessments to identify behavioral challenges and their causes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure adherence to intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to align treatment approaches.
  • Monitor and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines in all activities.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis; 2 years preferred.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Commitment to improving the lives of clients and their families.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for service delivery.
  • Knowledge of current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
