Overview

  • Provide expert applied behavior analysis services to children, fostering developmental growth and positive outcomes in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design tailored intervention plans for clients.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, promoting skill development and service excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis; 2 years preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
