Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans tailored to patient-specific needs and goals.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy programs for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required, with active or pending Texas PT licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong background in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable.
