Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving issues to maintain productivity.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and effectively manage teams and resources.
  • Experience with ESOP programs is advantageous.
