Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction

Overview

• Manage ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee projects with budgets ranging from $5-10M, demonstrating expertise in municipal construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project specifications and goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources for optimal efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain progress.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects independently.
• Proven expertise in overseeing projects with budgets ranging from $5-10M.
• Strong knowledge of municipal construction, including fire station projects preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
