Overview

- Conduct due diligence and respond to KYC/AML requests from counterparties and service providers.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with applicable laws and regulations through detailed reviews.

- Provide support for legal requests related to NDAs, vendor agreements, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with senior legal staff to address complex compliance and legal matters effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong academic credentials.
- 2-4 years of experience in a corporate law firm or legal/compliance department.
- Experience with AML/KYC processes and entity management preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as a self-starter.
