Overview

  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate schedules and resources to maintain project momentum and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and oversee construction projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of construction management experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Lean construction principles and advanced project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective team coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Experience in managing projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, and housing.
