Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety measures to protect workers and assets on-site.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects across various sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
