Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement among team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and teams to maintain schedules and resource availability.
  • Inspect work progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures to create a secure work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools for project tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines.
  • Experience in commercial construction projects across various sectors is highly desirable.
