Overview

  • Drive contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and consultants, to facilitate seamless contract execution and approvals.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts using established templates to support organizational objectives and project success.
  • Ensure contracts align with organizational goals, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Support project teams by drafting legal notices and correspondence to address compliance and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze proposals from contractors and suppliers for compliance with organizational standards and legal frameworks.
  • Draft and execute agreements using established templates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Coordinate contract approvals with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and executive teams.
  • Draft legal notices and correspondence to support project development and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with attorneys, executives, and project teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage multiple concurrent demands, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and organization of contracts and related materials for easy accessibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in business or legal studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or related roles; 7 years preferred.
  • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or consulting industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and contract management software is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract management.
