Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active Registered Nurse License required.

- Preferred 6 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in team leadership, resource management, and operational planning.
