Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate effectively with project managers, design teams, and clients to align project goals and execution.
  • Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.
  • Review project drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts or improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, site photos, and updates in construction management software.
  • Mentor and guide field teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman in construction projects.
  • Proven track record in managing ground-up and renovation projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety management principles.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
