Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety management principles.
- High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
