Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Resolve service tickets and troubleshoot technical emergencies with precision and minimal oversight.
- Assist clients in system design, installation, configuration, and usability improvements.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on technical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose, repair, and debug complex technical systems and software issues effectively.
- Ensure network closets are organized, labeled, and documented accurately for optimal functionality.
- Participate in project planning and mentor team members on improved IT processes.
- Adhere to safety standards and proactively address health and quality requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventories and maintain precise records of time and expenses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in a technology-related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Preferred certifications include Network+, Server+, or equivalent credentials.
- Proficiency in Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and Exchange Servers.
- Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, VPN, Terminal Services, and VoIP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build positive client relationships.
- Effective communication skills and aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated area.
