Overview

  • Deliver exceptional onsite IT support, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide advanced mediation for security threats, including malware and ransomware incidents.
  • Assist with hardware and software upgrades to enhance system usability and functionality.
  • Manage network infrastructure and server room cabling professionally and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
  • Mentor junior technicians, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on incidents and system changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent education in IT support or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, and Exchange Servers.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware and Citrix, and remote access tools such as VPN.
  • Experience with VoIP systems and related hardware/software configurations.
  • Preferred certifications: Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410, 98-365.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to high-stress situations professionally.
