Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Assist with hardware and software upgrades to enhance system usability and functionality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent education in IT support or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, showcasing technical proficiency.
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, and Exchange Servers.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware and Citrix, and remote access tools such as VPN.
- Experience with VoIP systems and related hardware/software configurations.
- Preferred certifications: Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410, 98-365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build positive client relationships.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to high-stress situations professionally.
