Overview

  • Deliver on-site IT support, ensuring seamless technology operations and exceptional client service across diverse environments.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently, maintaining high operational reliability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain hardware, software, and networking solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades for IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Document processes and maintain records to support operational efficiency and compliance standards.
  • Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, execution, and team development initiatives.
  • Adapt to client-specific requirements, delivering tailored IT solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all client interactions, addressing IT support needs effectively and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist clients with system design, installation, and configuration to enhance usability and performance.
  • Perform advanced malware and ransomware mediation tasks to ensure system security and reliability.
  • Install and manage Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and virtual environments for optimal functionality.
  • Ensure proper server room cable management and resolve backup-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to established processes and policies for consistency.
  • Support team members through mentoring and technical guidance to foster professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience in IT support roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering roles.
  • Preferred certifications include Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410, or equivalent credentials.
  • Proficiency in Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and Exchange Servers.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, VPN, and Terminal Services is highly desirable for the role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability in high-pressure situations.
  • Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits as required.
