Job Description

Overview

  • Manage a portfolio of private credit facilities, ensuring accurate transaction processing and data integrity in a dynamic financial environment.
  • Collaborate with borrowers and investors to address inquiries, discrepancies, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform daily servicing tasks such as payment processing, rate adjustments, and maintenance of referential data.
  • Prepare detailed billing statements, payoff letters, and operational reports to support transparency and accountability.
  • Provide operational support to internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of workflows and processes.
  • Participate in deal closing meetings to ensure accurate fee handling and disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and uphold high standards of data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and process daily activities related to syndicated loans, including settlements, drawdowns, paydowns, and interest payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in book transfers and wire processing.
  • Analyze credit agreements and related documentation to ensure compliance with booking terms and accuracy.
  • Generate periodic team and departmental activity reports to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist managers and analysts with operational tasks and support Debt and Treasury teams.
  • Participate in deal closing meetings to ensure proper fee handling and disbursement.
  • Maintain adherence to service level agreements and ensure high-quality client service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, demonstrating foundational knowledge for the role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan servicing, agency services, or funding responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Wall Street Office or similar applications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing credit agreements and related documentation.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and contribute to a collaborative office culture.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client and team interactions effectively.
