Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee preconstruction phases for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of estimators to achieve project accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to align project deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles; 10 years preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budget management in construction projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare, laboratory, K-12, and municipal construction projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to implement innovative solutions and optimize operational efficiency.
