Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist clients with financial restructurings, bankruptcy planning, and fraud investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and utilize advanced financial models to support investigative processes and client engagements.
• Conduct detailed research into financial discrepancies, fraud cases, and valuation issues.
• Prepare and present findings to clients with clarity, professionalism, and actionable insights.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or advanced degrees preferred for enhanced expertise.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance or forensic accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and professional presentations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial performance drivers.
