Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate preconstruction activities, including estimating, scheduling, and resource planning for industrial projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals, cost analyses, and strategic plans.
  • Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and safety standards in all preconstruction activities.
  • Analyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in preconstruction and business development roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing industrial projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and project management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to drive team and project success.
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools for efficient project management.
