Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices throughout the construction process.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in construction management or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a preference for 12 years.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects within budget and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and construction best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills to drive project success.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Experience with ground-up construction projects for retail establishments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline operations.
