Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Maternal Child Health department, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, encouraging professional development and teamwork.

- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience at a manager or director level.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and departmental operations effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel as required.
