Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage inquiries from private fund investors, including RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc requests.
- Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of investor relations and business development materials.
- Create and maintain competitor intelligence profiles to support strategic initiatives and market analysis.
- Develop impactful presentation materials to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with peers to identify and implement best practices for investor relations material quality.
- Assist strategy and investment teams with day-to-day duties and growth initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail in deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for investor relations challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a strong academic background.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; 6 years preferred, including 2 years in alternative asset management.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and committed to excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
