Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement transitional programs tailored to youth and family needs.
- Provide leadership and training to clinical staff to uphold service excellence.
- Collaborate with external agencies to integrate community-based support systems.
- Conduct assessments to guide reunification plans and identify family strengths.
- Ensure educational support and success for youth within the program.
- Manage budgets and resources to align with organizational policies.
- Participate in clinical reviews to drive continuous program improvement.

Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct services to children with emotional disturbances.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in social services.
- LCSW certification is preferred for clinical responsibilities.
- Experience with residential programs and high-acuity populations is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and documentation is required.
- Ability to travel to families' homes and work weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective program management.
