Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage therapeutic services within a multidisciplinary residential program for adolescents, ensuring impactful outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive trauma-informed care practices and foster a safe, empowering environment for youth development and recovery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic, educational, and medical approaches for holistic care.
  • Supervise clinical and operational leadership, promoting accountability and excellence in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff competencies and therapeutic practices.
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and program effectiveness.
  • Promote a mission-driven culture emphasizing teamwork, safety, and youth empowerment.
  • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee therapeutic operations and mental health treatment planning within the program.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to develop and monitor comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to leadership staff, ensuring program excellence.
  • Monitor compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, ensuring readiness for audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical teams to integrate holistic care approaches.
  • Develop training plans to enhance staff competencies and service delivery quality.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure quality assurance and documentation compliance within therapeutic operations.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Social Work degree required; LCSW or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical or therapeutic settings.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams effectively and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
