Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree required; LCSW or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical or therapeutic settings.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care practices.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams effectively and collaboratively.
