Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required.
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute with minimal errors.
  • Strong telephonic communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working in an office call center environment without bedside care duties.
  • Dependable, accountable, and trustworthy with a proactive approach to work.
