Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee fund finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in fund finance or management accounting; 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within investment environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days onsite weekly.
• Potential for growth into a CFO role, showcasing strategic vision and leadership.
