Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the consolidation of international business operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement technical accounting policies to address complex financial transactions and arrangements.
• Evaluate financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and test internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or financial reporting roles.
• Proven expertise in technical accounting and handling complex financial arrangements.
• Strong understanding of internal controls over financial reporting and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
