Job Description

Overview

  • Provide expert technical support for electronic security systems, ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware and software issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Engage in system upgrades, installations, and integration projects tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all activities.
  • Prepare detailed service reports for accurate tracking and invoicing of completed tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency service calls, diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electronic security systems and components.
  • Install and configure security systems, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to clients and team members to enhance system understanding.
  • Document service activities meticulously, maintaining accurate records for reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic security or related industries; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarms.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience using hand and power tools effectively.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications and network systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure, delivering exceptional results.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
