Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with Advisor Consultants to maintain and expand client relationships within assigned territories.
  • Engage financial advisors through proactive communication to assess needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to maximize opportunities efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver impactful presentations on investment products to prospective clients.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups to build rapport and sustain advisor relationships.
  • Profile advisors to provide customized solutions for their business growth.
  • Distribute sales literature and collateral to enhance advisor engagement.
  • Log activities in CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and tracking.
  • Focus on achieving sales goals through meticulous scheduling and prospecting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses are mandatory for this position.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster advisor relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for effective activity tracking and communication.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
