Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement and monitor nursing care programs to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
- Develop and enforce policies and standards across the postpartum department.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care strategies to maintain high-quality service.
- Lead and supervise nursing teams, addressing training and development needs.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrators on nursing strategies and initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of employment or compact state.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop nursing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
