Overview

  • Lead construction projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to maintain efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site personnel to enhance productivity and skill development.
  • Ensure effective communication between all project participants to foster collaboration.
  • Implement strategies for risk management and problem resolution during construction phases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Job Requirements
